What Is Train The Trainer?


Train The Trainer is a complete 30-day strength and conditioning programme that gives you the accountability, structure, and motivation to stay consistent with your own fitness — so you become fitter, faster, stronger, leaner, and more confident as a coach.


But let’s be real — staying in peak shape while coaching others isn’t easy. That’s where Train The Trainer comes in. 


It’s not just a workout plan — it’s your chance to refocus on you for 30 days, rebuild your own fitness, and lead from the front with confidence and integrity.

How It Works


Together, with a small army of like-minded trainers, we’ll complete a fun 30-minute workout Monday to Friday — all inside a private Facebook group — with an optional 3–5 minute creative finisher. 

Monday: Lower body 

Tuesday: Core and cardio

Wednesday: Upper body

Thursday: Cardio 

Friday: Full-Body

Each day, I’ll post a quick 2-minute video walking you through the workout, followed by short demo clips of each exercise. You can complete the workout whenever and wherever suits you best. 

When finished, drop a comment to let us know you’ve done it (I’ll do the same!). It’s all about accountability, consistency, and keeping the momentum strong — together.

Training Style


Enjoy a diverse range of creative workout formats — from HIIT, segmented Tabata protocols, supersets and much more. These aren’t your typical workouts. I’ve taken proven training principles and cleverly disguised them as fun, high-energy workouts that keep you engaged while delivering serious results. Expect variety, progression, and plenty of unique twists that reflect my signature coaching style.


Requirements & Equipment 


1: Train The Trainer is run from a private Facebook group

2: You'll need to set aside 30 minutes 5x per week.

3: You'll need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells.

Why I Created This Challenge

Because I’ve been there. 
 
I know what it’s like to wake up feeling flat — out of shape, out of sync, and frustrated that I wasn’t living up to the example I wanted to set as a trainer. 
 
I created Train The Trainer because I needed something that would kick start my own momentum.  

Something structured but realistic. 

Challenging, but doable. 

Not just another programme — but a reset with purpose. 

This isn’t about chasing six-packs or personal bests (though you might get both). It’s about reclaiming the identity and energy that made you a trainer in the first place.
