Here's How It Works
Together, with a small army of like-minded trainers, we'll complete a fun 30-minute workout Monday-Friday for 30-days run from a private Facebook group.
Monday: Lower body
Tuesday: Core and cardio
Wednesday: Upper body
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Full-Body

Each day, I’ll share a quick 2-minute video walking you through the workout and demonstrating the exercises. You can then complete the workout whenever and wherever it suits you.
Once you've finished, drop a comment (I'll do the same!) so we can hold each other accountable and keep the momentum going.

Workout Type And Equipment
To keep things fresh I'll be using a wide variety of effective training formats using a huge variety of bodyweight, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises.
Requirements
1: Train The Trainer is run from a private Facebook group.
2: You'll need to set aside 30 minutes 5x per week.
3: You'll need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells.

When the programme is complete, you'll be fitter, faster, stronger and leaner. And more importantly, confident in your body and physical abilities as a trainer.
